Cancellations and Refunds – At least a 15% non-refundable deposit of the total purchase is required upon booking. Full payment is due by Thursday April 30th.

Refund Schedule:

100% Refund (minus the deposit) if cancelled by end of day February 28th.

50% Refund (minus the deposit) if cancelled between March 1st and March 31st. 

25% Refund (minus the deposit) if cancelled between April 1st and April 30th. 

If a cancellation is requested on or after Friday May 1st, there is 0% refund offered, but you may request payment be moved to a future program to be redeemed by end of Calendar Year 2028.
