Cancellations and Refunds – A 15% deposit of the total purchase is required upon booking. Full payment is due by Thursday July 3rd.

Refund Schedule:

100% Refund if cancelled by end of day May 22nd.

50% Refund if cancelled between May 23rd and June 14th. 

25% Refund if cancelled between June 15th and July 2nd.

If a cancellation is requested on or after July 3rd, there is 0% refund offered, but you may request payment be moved to a future program to be redeemed by end of July 2027.
